We invite aspiring cooks to work in the hot dishes section. The company provides initial training. Responsibilities: • Preparing dishes included in the menu • Carrying out the preliminary processing of the necessary quantity of products during the day • Being responsible for adhering to the recipe and cooking technology of dishes • Carrying out proper presentation of the finished dish according to its composition, food compatibility, portion norms, and timely presenting it to the waiter • Observing the thermal processing regime according to established standards Required qualifications: • Work experience: will be considered an advantage • Knowledge of basic rules for food processing and storage • Knowledge of food safety rules • High sense of responsibility • Ability to work in a team • Work experience with a tandoor will be considered an advantage
