1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') govern the use of the Vendo service (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform'), located at vendo.am.

By registering on or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. All changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

2. Registration and Account

To post listings, a user must register. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not transfer access to your account to third parties
• Immediately report any unauthorized use of your account

3. Listing Rules

Users agree to:

• Post only accurate information about goods and services
• Not post goods and services prohibited by law
• Not use the Platform for fraudulent activities
• Comply with the laws of the Republic of Armenia

4. Liability

The Vendo Platform is an intermediary between sellers and buyers and is not responsible for the quality of goods, execution of transactions, and interaction between users.

All transactions are made at your own risk. The Platform recommends checking goods before payment and using secure payment methods.

5. Content Moderation

The Platform reserves the right to moderate posted listings and remove content that violates these Terms or legislation.

The Platform is not obliged to pre-check all posted listings, but reserves the right to do so at its discretion.

6. Personal Data

By registering on the Platform, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Platform undertakes to protect your personal data and not to transfer it to third parties without your consent, except as provided by law.

7. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement cannot be reached — through the courts at the location of the Platform.
